Will Thomas - Principal
In 2006, my father and I constructed our first self-storage facility in Park City, TN, spanning 32,200 rentable square feet. Later, in 2014, I ventured out on my own and developed a facility in Hazel Green, AL. The Hazel Green project was executed in two phases, with the second phase reaching completion in June 2017, ultimately offering 74,425 rentable square feet of storage space.
During the same year, I acquired an existing facility in Fayetteville, TN, comprising 34,000 square feet. Eager to enhance its capacity and amenities, I added two new climate-controlled buildings, resulting in 52,250 rentable square feet. In February 2018, my fourth facility opened in Meridianville, AL, boasting 72,100 rentable square feet.
My fifth facility was strategically located in Tullahoma, TN, featuring 62,000 rentable square feet. This facility taught me the importance of "local" traffic count. We reached 50% capacity in a year, a record for us. These efforts culminated in a portfolio totaling 292,975 rentable square feet. On September 14th, 2020, we successfully sold this portfolio to USA Storage Centers.

Doug Morrow - Manager
Doug established Morrow Plumbing and Electrical in 1983, a residential and small commercial contractor that served the community and surrounding areas in TN for over 20 years. In 2006, he acquired his Master's License in Plumbing and Electrical, incorporated the company, and later added his General Contractor's license. For 16 years, Morrow Plumbing & Electrical LLC delivered, designed, built, project management, and installation solutions to a diverse portfolio of commercial and light industrial customers across Alabama and Tennessee, all while serving as the sole project manager, estimator, and qualifying agent on all Morrow Plumbing and Electrical LLC business.
Doug provided knowledge and expertise to various projects ranging in size and complexity. In addition to climate and non-climate self-storage, his customers included banks, churches, restaurants, public service buildings, and chemical and injection mold plants. Examples of the diverse portfolio of projects he oversaw include a 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse, a 60,000 sq. ft. Injection Mold Plant, a three-story Police Station, a 22,000 sq. ft. three-story Utility Administrative Building, and one of the largest private homes in TN, a 44,000 sq. ft. smart home residence.
Doug also served as Project Manager for a General Contractor on projects such as a 60,000 sq. ft. printing facility, a 10,000 sq. ft. truck fueling and repair service center with a restaurant, and a 9,000 sq. ft. chemical distribution truck center.
Doug is a Licensed General Contractor and the qualifying agent for 404 Main, an Unlimited License Construction, Electrical, and Plumbing Company.
